Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Portfolio Systems professional to join the Portfolio Management Team in the UK. This role supports the engineering aspects of the UK Portfolio, delivering the EDR and working with senior stakeholders across programmes and centres of excellence.

The position offers hybrid working (2–3 days on-site) with travel within the UK and opportunities to engage with MOD/MBDA collaboration. You will contribute to systems engineering trade studies in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Background in weapon/missile systems lifecycle.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across large organisations.
• Ability to influence senior management and drive decisions.
• Autonomy and effective prioritisation in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Portfolio Engineering Design Record (EDR) for the UK Portfolio.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define, agree and verify requirements.
• Travel within the UK to MBDA sites and present work at advisory groups.
• Collaborate across Programmes, Equipment Teams, Centres of Excellence and Functional teams.
