The role involves engaging senior stakeholders, shaping requirements, and delivering design records while aligning with MOD business practices. You will join a fast-moving, stakeholder-rich environment with potential travel within the UK to MBDA sites and exposure to platform integration and operational performance.
Qualifications
General understanding of weapon systems and missile design lifecycle.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the Portfolio enterprise and wider business.
Ability to influence and challenge senior management.
Flexible mindset to tackle problems and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to take a big-picture view and focus on key issues.
Knowledge of Systems Engineering approaches and practices, DOORS, and requirement management.
Ability to develop System Design / Requirement Trade and secure stakeholder acceptance.
Ability to operate with autonomy and manage priorities amidst multiple stakeholders.
