You will join a fast-moving, stakeholder-rich environment with potential travel within the UK to MBDA sites and exposure to platform integration and operational performance.

Qualifications

• General understanding of weapon systems and missile design lifecycle.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the Portfolio enterprise and wider business.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior management.
• Flexible mindset to tackle problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to take a big-picture view and focus on key issues.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering approaches and practices, DOORS, and requirement management.
• Ability to develop System Design / Requirement Trade and secure stakeholder acceptance.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and manage priorities amidst multiple stakeholders.
