Adecco Portugal is seeking a PMO Manager to drive delivery governance for a project across London, Glasgow or Cardiff with a hybrid model and 1 day onsite. The role offers £550 daily rate inside IR35 for a 6-month engagement.

You will define and implement the project management framework, coordinate reporting, manage risks, and ensure milestones and plans are in place to support successful delivery and informed decisions.

Formación

• Experience in developing delivery plans with clear milestones and success metrics (LEAD).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and manage the project management approach for the project.
• Ensure use of the agreed project framework, tools and templates.
• Coordinate reporting and analyse performance for management decisions.
• Administer project activities: minutes, actions and decisions.
• Maintain project planning: milestones and scheduling for delivery.
• Identify and track dependencies and manage risks and issues.
• Maintain quality of information in resource management tools.
• Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internal and external.
