Zusammenfassung

Adecco Portugal is seeking a PMO Manager to drive delivery governance for a project across London, Glasgow or Cardiff with a hybrid model and 1 day onsite. The role offers £550 daily rate inside IR35 for a 6-month engagement.

You will define and implement the project management framework, coordinate reporting, manage risks, and ensure milestones and plans are in place to support successful delivery and informed decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in developing delivery plans with clear milestones and success metrics (LEAD).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc tasks.

PMO Manager

£550 daily inside IR35

6 month contract

Can be based in either London, Glasgow or Cardiff offices

Hybrid 1 day per week onsite

*Current SC Clearance is required or eligible to undergo the vetting process*

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the definition, implementation, and on-going management of the agreed project management approach/plan for the project.
• Ensure the project is using the agreed project management framework, using the standard project tools and templates
• Coordinate reporting from the project and provide analysis of performance to inform management decisions.
• Provide administration to project team by co-ordinating project activities and events, such as capturing minutes, actions & decisions.
• Ensure mechanisms and reporting tools are in place to enable effective planning and scheduling, ensuring the project has clear milestones and project plan to support effective delivery.
• Recognise and track dependencies.
• Maintain the quality of information in resource management tools.
• Support the identification and monitoring of project risks and issues and elevate as appropriate.
• Manage professional relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external.

Experience required:

• Experience in developing delivery plans, including clear and transparent work objectives, milestones, and success metrics (LEAD)
• Skilled collaborator with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ad hoc tasks
• Experience of project reporting including project and programme planning
