Job summary

La Fosse is recruiting a Project Manager for a well known university in the North of England on a permanent basis to start asap. The role concentrates on reviewing and improving academic workloads, programmes and portfolio management across academic and professional services teams.

You will work with technology and BI teams to understand data flows, reporting and systems, translating technical concepts into practical actions for stakeholders. Three days on site per week.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within a complex organisation such as Higher Education.
• Good understanding of academic environments, programmes and portfolio management.
• Experience delivering business transformation, process improvement or organisational change.
• Experience of systems implementation and/or working with technology teams.
• Comfortable working with data and BI to support decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior and academic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve existing processes, with focus on academic workload allocation and portfolio/programme review.
• Engage with stakeholders and translate needs into practical, sustainable approaches.
• Work with technology and BI teams to understand systems, data flows, reporting and integrations.
