Job summary

King's College London is seeking three Project Managers to join the Faculty Education Services (FES) Project Team on fixed-term contracts. The roles focus on delivering strategic education projects across the faculty and require coordinating with academic colleagues, professional services, clinical partners and external organisations.

The roles are hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on campus at Guy's Campus, and may include occasional national or international travel depending on

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, docs, risk/action logs and progress reports.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Experience establishing and supporting project governance (working groups, committees, meetings).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core projects across the faculty lifecycle from initiation to delivery and closure.
• Establish and maintain project governance and documentation.
• Develop, monitor and report on project plans, risks and progress.
• Coordinate across academic, professional services and external partners.
• Finance, risk and issue management to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with the wider FES Project Team to support multiple projects.
