Job summary

Emixa is seeking a proactive pre-sales consultant to translate customer needs into structured SoWs within PLM/CAD contexts. You will deliver Teamcenter demonstrations, capture requirements, and craft clear scopes for opportunities from initial engagement through scoped proposals.

You'll work closely with consultants, sales, and technical specialists, traveling as required and primarily operating remotely with office attendance as needed. Strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing consulting, pre-sales or solution consulting in an engineering/manufacturing/PLM or enterprise software environment.
• Familiarity with PLM concepts: product data management, engineering change, workflow, BOMs.
• Understanding CAD-to-PLM interaction with Siemens NX and/or Solid Edge.
• Hands-on IT capability: troubleshooting, demos, virtual machines, demo environments.
• Strong presentation and demo skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to capture requirements and produce clear scope, estimates, and draft SoW.
• Strong written communication for professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales opportunities with technical input, customer discovery and follow-up actions.
• Deliver Teamcenter presentations and demonstrations for technical users and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate CAD-PLM integration relevance to customer industry and processes.
• Capture customer requirements across PLM, CAD, engineering change, workflow and BOM.
• Translate requirements into structured findings, risks, estimates and draft SoW content.
• Develop and maintain demonstration material, scripts and supporting documentation.
• Support demo readiness with configuration, VM environments and cloud/SaaS considerations.
• Maintain pre-sales administration and Kanban tracking of tasks and progress.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organisation credibly.
