Job summary

DS Associates Recruitment is recruiting for registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD) and allied health clinicians in Reading for PIP or WCA Functional Assessor roles. The position is full-time, hybrid with two days per week in our Reading consultation centres, 9–5, Monday–Friday, with a starting salary of £47,000–£50,000 plus a bonus scheme and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year post-qualification experience in nursing, OT or physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC/HCPC) without restrictions.
• Excellent observational and communication skills; ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Undertake file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments for PIP or ESA claims.
• Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP to make informed decisions.
• Develop medical knowledge across a wide range of conditions and maintain CPD.
