Medacs Healthcare is hiring a PIP Functional Assessor / Disability Assessor in Gateshead. This hybrid role combines home working with assessment centre time, focusing on clinical reasoning, analysis and report writing.

You must be an NMC/RGN/RMN/RNLD or HCPC registered professional with at least 1 year UK clinical experience and strong report-writing skills. The role offers a salary of £39,500–£41,000 with OTE up to £47,150, a permanent full-time contract, and structured hours with a balanced

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone PIP assessments.
• Analyse medical evidence and clinical information.
• Produce accurate, detailed written reports.
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks.
• Engage with feedback and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
• Attend the assessment centre as required.
