Job summary

Capita Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is seeking a Physiotherapist Assessor for a hybrid role based in Northern Ireland. Candidates will utilize their clinical expertise to assess benefits claimants and produce detailed reports while enjoying a structured work environment.

The ideal candidates will be HCPC registered Physiotherapists with strong communication skills and at least one year of post-registration experience. The role offers flexibility with a minimum of 3 days per week, a starting salary of £39,500, and various employee benefits, including a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a valid PIN and no current restrictions.
• Comfortable working quickly to meet structured targets.
• A driving licence or access to transport for assessment centre working.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structured assessments to understand health conditions affecting work.
• Produce high-quality reports supporting DfC decisions.
• Analyze clinical evidence and supporting documentation.
