Job summary

Pet Drugs Online in Keynsham near Bristol is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with orders and resolving queries across phone, live chat, email and social media.

You’ll work in a hybrid pattern with at least three days on-site each week. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, handling enquiries, registering customers online and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Handling inbound customer sales and service enquiries.

• Liaising with suppliers regarding collections, deliveries and product queries.
• Communicating order updates, delays and delivery information.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
