Job summary

Flipdish Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own day-to-day paid acquisition campaigns across the UK and Ireland, with Meta as the primary channel and Google/ChatGPT as secondary channels. You’ll inherit an established Meta programme with a five-figure monthly media budget and autonomy to optimise within budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong Meta expertise at meaningful spend levels.
• Essential paid media portfolio showing campaigns and returns.
• Hands-on experience using the Google paid suite.
• Understand UK and Irish audiences and culture.
• Ability to write effective creative briefs and ad copy.
• Experience linking paid campaigns to pipeline and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition across Meta and Google, plus early ChatGPT testing.
• Run disciplined experiments across creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages.
• Explore new growth channels with a clear test plan and budget.
• Connect campaign performance to commercial outcomes; monitor lead quality and pipeline.
• Develop briefs and coordinate with Design/Videography for creative iterations.
• Collaborate with SEO/AEO and cross-functional teams; communicate results clearly.
• Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working.
