Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Finance Consolidation Analyst to support a major integration in the Pensions & Savings sector. The role involves consolidating financial information across two businesses and aligning reporting with FP&A processes.

The ideal candidate has strong consolidation and reporting experience, preferably in financial services or pensions, and will work in a hybrid model with 2 days on site.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting or FP&A.
• Experience supporting financial integration, transformation or business consolidation programmes.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial reporting and data analysis.
• Experience working with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial controls, reporting processes and management information.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and operation of financial models and processes to consolidate financial information across multiple business entities.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting across Trading Channels.
• Integrate consolidated financial information into existing Pensions & Savings and FP&A reporting frameworks.
• Assist with financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting and management information.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial consolidation processes.
• Maintain clear process documentation and support knowledge transfer across finance teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Trading Channels and wider business functions.
• Provide additional financial analysis and support as required throughout the integration programme.
