Job summary

Payroll Elite Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Payroll Associate to join our reputable team. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, progress and work within an excellent payroll team.

You will maintain a portfolio of client payrolls (around 1000 headcount), ensure starters and leavers are updated, handle statutory payments, process P45s, print payslips, run payroll reports, upload FPS/EPS to HMRC and respond to client queries with professional service.

Qualifications

• Desirable CIPP qualification or equivalent in payroll.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise payroll workload.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of client payrolls (~1000 headcount).
• Enter starters, leavers, benefits and allowances accurately.
• Calculate statutory payments and leavers pay when needed.
• Process P45 forms and print payslips for distribution.
• Run payroll reports and ensure timely salary payments.
• Upload FPS and EPS to HMRC and respond to client queries.
