Job summary

Sirius Search HR Recruitment is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join on an ongoing temporary basis. You will handle payroll processing for around 230 staff, liaise with HMRC, and support general HR administration in a busy team.

The role is 30 hours per week, hybrid in Dartford, with flexible start times between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Immediate availability is preferred with a period of handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a combined payroll and HR administration role.
• Confident processing and inputting payroll data and statutory reporting.
• Experience with HR and payroll management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data for ~230 employees monthly with Moorepay.
• Maintain HRMS data, generate reports for managers and renewals.
• Administer pension auto-enrolment, onboarding and HR admin duties.
• Support maternity leave processes and health-related coordination.
