Job summary

SF Partners in Lichfield is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a small, friendly payroll team. You will run a monthly payroll for about 1,500 employees, handling starters and leavers, holiday pay, tax, NI, P11Ds, P60s, and year-end procedures.

Candidates should have at least 12 months' payroll experience and excellent interpersonal skills. The role offers flexible hours and hybrid working, with on-site parking and 25 days of holiday, plus a company pension and employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar payroll role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Open to part-time work if business needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly payroll for approximately 1500 employees.
• Process starters and leavers, holiday pay, tax, national insurance, P11D's, P60s and year end.
• Resolve payroll queries and assist with year-end activities.
