Job summary

Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Administrator for a permanent role with a chartered accountancy client based in the UK. The role offers a hybrid pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

You will handle timely payroll processing for various cycles, liaise with clients, manage auto enrolment pensions, set up PAYE schemes, and support additional duties as needed. 1+ year of payroll experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience processing client payrolls within an accountancy/bureau environment.
• Strong excel skills.
• Good communication/customer service skills.
• Experience with Paycircle would be a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of annual, monthly, quarterly, or weekly payrolls; allocation of clients by experience/complexity.
• Liaise with clients and respond to queries.
• Process auto enrolment pensions via payroll.
• Set up PAYE schemes.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
