Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting a part-time Social Worker for 23 hours per week, based at Noble House in Ely. After induction, you will work from the office up to three days weekly within a hybrid model, balancing independence and multi-disciplinary collaboration to support adults in need of care.

You will undertake assessments, safeguarding, and care planning, using strength-based practice and evidence-based recording.

Formación

• Qualified Social Worker with SW England registration and relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake social care assessments and mental capacity Act assessments.
• Complete safeguarding, care and support planning to achieve outcomes.
• Work in partnership with adults and informal carers to meet needs.
