Qualifications
Fully qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial contract law.
Experience advising and negotiating on complex supply and commercial contracts.
Solid expertise in data protection, competition law, TUPE, and intellectual property rights.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and advise commercial agreements with suppliers, including IT contracts.
Draft and negotiate subcontractor agreements and flow-down terms.
Support the SC&P Director and Procurement Leadership Team with strategic decisions.
