This role involves providing general legal support across the organization, including managing legal risks and supervising junior team members. The candidate should be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience, and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Qualifications

• 0-3 years PQE in commercial, corporate, or commercial litigation.
• Experience with reviewing commercial contracts is advantageous.
• Ability to articulate legal issues to non-legally trained individuals.

Responsabilités

• Provide general legal support across ExamWorks Group.
• Supervise and advise on customer and supplier contracts.
• Manage external counsel and suppliers.
