Job summary

My Cookie Dough is seeking a proactive Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team on a part-time, hybrid basis in the Bristol area.

You will manage day-to-day transactional finance tasks, including purchase ledger processing and bank reconciliations, with involvement in management reporting and strengthening internal controls across the group.

The role offers up to £16 per hour DOE, 20-25 hours per week, and a friendly, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration tasks including posting invoices and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile purchase invoices for multiple business units (retail, franchise, wholesale).
• Post ledger payments and bank reconciliations.
• Support management reporting processes including supplier spend analysis and contribute to internal financial controls.
