Job summary

Bupa Place in Salford Quays is seeking a Credit Controller on a part-time basis to manage a debt portfolio and drive timely payments. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and liaise daily with key contacts to pursue invoices and resolve aged debt.

The role requires good Excel skills, data analysis, and the ability to challenge processes. You’ll work in a hybrid model, with up to two days in the office, and join a team focused on accurate billing, high service levels and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or debt collection is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a debt portfolio and focus on resolving aged debt.
• Build relationships with customers and liaise with key contacts for prompt payment.
• Dispatch routine letters and chase overdue accounts by telephone.
• Discuss account details with patients and handle general queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments on account queries and disputes.
• Provide weekly updates to senior management on account status.
