Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking a Paraplanner to join our Watford team on a hybrid basis. You will support advisers with research, report writing, and financial planning analysis to support client portfolios.

The role requires a Diploma in Financial Planning, strong written and numerical skills, and careful attention to detail. You will contribute to regulatory and technical developments and work with the senior team to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning (completed).
• Experience in a financial advisory environment (IFA).
• Excellent written and numerical skills.
• Strong report-writing ability.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial research using company-approved tools.
• Prepare and deliver bespoke investment reports to clients.
• Analyze and interpret complex plan information for transfer analysis.
• Prepare financial planning reports across multiple areas.
• Research regulatory changes and product information to aid the role.
• Perform thorough research and consult Senior team as needed.
• Participate in firm research projects and meet deadlines.
