Job summary

Julie Rose Recruitment is seeking a Paraplanner in the UK to support the Financial Adviser throughout the client journey. The role involves preparing suitability reports and ensuring paperwork supports compliant recommendations.

You will have a Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma (or be working towards it) and at least 12 months' paraplanning experience. This hybrid, full-time role pays £40,000–£50,000 per year, depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or working towards.
• Minimum 12 months experience as Paraplanner.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience managing/supervising people.
• Strong analytical skills in analysing financial records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Adviser throughout the client journey.
• Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to target deadlines.
• Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork.
• Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations.
• Understand clients overall financial position from fact finds.
• Conduct annual reviews in line with SLAs.
