Job summary
Swarm Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a growing wealth management practice, is recruiting a Paraplanner following internal progression. You will support Advisers with research, suitability reports, client documentation and case administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high standards.
The firm welcomes applicants from experienced Paraplanners and strong trainees. Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards it is preferred.
Qualifications
- Previous paraplanning experience is essential.
- SJP Partner Practice experience desirable.
- Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning or working towards it.
- Strong understanding of financial products and advice process.
- Experience with research, suitability reports, and case administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, personalised suitability reports.
- Undertake research and analysis to support recommendations.
- Ensure client documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Investigate and respond to client queries accurately.
- Provide administrative support, including submissions.
- Manage workloads to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team for a high-quality client experience.
