Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support Financial Planners within a growing team. You will deliver high-quality technical analysis, research and well-structured suitability reports across multiple advisory areas.

The role offers hybrid working after an initial month of onboarding, a collaborative culture, and ongoing professional development toward further qualifications, with clear career progression in a growing wealth management business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or similar technical financial planning role.
• Strong technical knowledge across the full range of Financial Planning.
• CII Level 4 Diploma or actively studying towards completion.
• Experience with Intelligent Office, Voyant and FE Analytics is advantageous.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty.
• Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Financial Planners and clients.
• Undertake detailed financial planning research and analysis.
• Produce compliant, well-structured suitability reports across a broad range of advice areas.
• Support ongoing professional development within a collaborative team environment.
