Job summary

Titan Wealth Group seeks a proactive Paraplanner to support Financial Planners with technical research, suitability report writing, and planning support. You will collaborate with advisers and administrators, ensuring compliant, robust advice and high-quality client outcomes across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

The role is hybrid (Standish - Wigan), offering development opportunities, coaching and a focus on data quality, workflow efficiency and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 1+ years' paraplanning experience in a similar environment.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• High level of technical knowledge across the full range of advice.
• High-level understanding of FCA COB rules.

Responsibilities

• Draft suitability reports with guidance from the Financial Planner.
• Liaise with Financial Planners to ensure complete information for advice.
• Interpret adviser meetings and prepare suitable recommendations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to paraplanners.
• Ensure compliance and data quality across processes.
• Update workflow records for accurate management information.
• Manage workloads and reflect capacity in the workflow.
• Promote best practice for adviser support and client processes.
• Communicate effectively with CS, advisers and colleagues.
• Run own case load and maintain accurate case records.
