Job summary

Immediate Media Co in Greater London is seeking a Paid Social Manager to drive subscription and app growth across flagship brands. You’ll shape creative strategy, run systematic testing, and partner with creative, analytics and brand marketing to scale paid social performance.

The role covers Meta as the primary channel with TikTok as a secondary focus, and offers a hybrid, flexible working pattern. 12-month fixed term contract with a strong emphasis on learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta at scale.
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structure, learning algorithms and optimisation levers.
• Experience contributing to creative strategy and testing hypotheses with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to analyse results, identify trends and present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta (primary) and TikTok.
• Drive subscription and app acquisition growth across key brands.
• Shape creative testing framework and test prioritisation with cross-functional teams.
• Brief performance creative and iterate assets to support high-velocity testing.
• Monitor budgets, performance, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
