Job summary

Loadbalancer.org Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to shape and strengthen the operational foundations of our growing business. This role reports to the Managing Director and covers export compliance, inventory management, quality systems, and policy development.

You will own end-to-end processes, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance in the UK and internationally, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid Portsmouth-based role with competitive

Qualifications

• Operations management experience.
• ISO quality management systems (9001 essential).
• Internal auditing experience.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Strong written documentation and policy writing.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s Export Compliance Programme, ensuring UK and international regulatory adherence.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning with regular testing.
• Maintain and improve Quality policies and procedures, supporting ISO standards.
• Manage stock, inventory costs and supplier relationships to optimise availability and cost.
• Maintain internal policies and documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
