Job summary

Isla is seeking an exceptionally organised Operations Associate to join our hybrid UK team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support people operations, and streamline business processes as Isla scales in healthcare.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll shape culture and help recruit across multiple roles while improving internal systems. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Delivery, Product and Engineering, owning hiring campaigns and process improvements while benefiting from

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, People, HR, Recruitment or Business Support in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent organisational skills, communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple live vacancies and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Produce engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinate and improve recruitment metrics and employer branding.
• Support day-to-day people queries and organise company events.
• Coordinate learning sessions and employee benefits.
• Provide operational support across business functions and optimise processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline internal workflows.
