Job summary

Victim Support in Dorset is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of victim services across Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel across the region and a 37.5-hour week from our Boscombe office.

You will manage service delivery, monitor KPIs, and support development opportunities within the team while ensuring high-quality services and compliance with standards. A driving license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in criminal justice, health or social care sectors.
• Strong safeguarding practices and policy awareness.
• Ability to analyse data and produce evidence-based reports.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor service performance against KPIs and business plans.
• Lead and support your team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse data and produce reports to inform service improvements.
• Support strategic projects and represent Victim Support externally as required.
