Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations for the Portable Fire Extinguisher division. You will manage day-to-day activities, supervise engineers, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the South East patch, with a mix of field and remote work for optimum productivity.

The role emphasizes customer relationship management, safety compliance, and driving profitable growth through efficient operations and people development.

Qualifications

• Field Operational Management Experience is essential.
• Experience in the Fire Industry would be advantageous.
• You'll be a natural communicator with ability to build rapport with customers and team.
• Solution / results focused – drive business growth.
• Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively with engineers & customers.
• Highly organised – planning or scheduling experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within the Portable Fire Extinguisher division.
• Lead and develop teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery for sustained profitable growth.
• Own the customer portfolio and deliverables; proactively meet with customers to nurture relationships.
• Drive safety culture, ensure audits are met, and manage workload across engineers and customers.
• Review contracts, drive sustainable growth and profitability, and monitor engineer performance.
