Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a City of London role (perm). The job focuses on bringing order, pace, and reliability to daily operations in a founder-led, growth-focused business.

The role covers facilities, health & safety, insurance and risk, ISO audits, and ServiceNow partner management. Hybrid office pattern, in Central London, with ASAP start and 9:00–17:30 hours.

Qualifications

• You've done this before in an operations/office-management role.
• You are hyper-organised, detail-obsessed, and can coordinate people and actions to completion.
• ISO or ServiceNow experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Office & facilities management, ensuring smooth daily running and liaising with the building manager.
• Own health & safety basics: risk assessments, logs, inductions.
• Manage company insurance renewals and overall risk.
• Lead internal audits for ISO9001 and ISO14001, drive improvements.
• Manage ServiceNow Partner Programme relationships and actions.
• Provide ad hoc operations support including decks and project work.
