Premier Talent Solutions Bournemouth is seeking a versatile candidate to blend website management with office administration. The role balances website content updates, digital improvements, and customer-facing tasks, with a path to contribute to a new Shopify e-commerce project.

You’ll manage WordPress sites, handle content updates, and assist with SEO and basic IT troubleshooting. A varied, proactive role offering professional development and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on WordPress experience for website updates and content management.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
• Confidence troubleshooting everyday IT, email and website issues.
• Previous experience in office administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good organisation and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update existing WordPress websites and content.
• Upload and edit website content, images, blogs and landing pages.
• Perform basic SEO improvements to increase visibility.
• Maintain accurate and engaging website information and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support development and launch of new Shopify e-commerce site and content.
