Headliners Recruitment - specialists in Marketing & Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior E-Commerce & Marketing Executive for a 12-month contract in Newbury (Hybrid – 3 days in office). The role focuses on delivering digital commerce and consumer marketing across a portfolio of brands, with strong emphasis on Shopify and Klaviyo experiences.

You will manage e-commerce platforms, drive digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimise online performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience in FMCG/food & drink.
• Strong Shopify and Klaviyo experience.
• Experience in SEO and wider digital marketing.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital commerce and consumer marketing plans across a portfolio of brands.
• Manage and develop Shopify websites, including content and merchandising.
• Plan, create and deliver email campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Manage SEO in collaboration with external agency.
• Coordinate Amazon content, optimisation and advertising via agency partners.
• Oversee retailer and wholesaler digital media activity.
• Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Brief and manage creative agencies on artwork and content development.
• Manage paid social campaigns and coordinate organic social activity.
• Liaise with e-commerce fulfilment partner and monitor stock levels.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve marketing workflows and content development.
