Job summary

Health Partners in the UK is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor/Team Lead to join the Rosyth team, offering a hybrid work pattern. You will balance remote case management with onsite leadership, delivering high-quality occupational health services to our client workforce.

You will lead a multidisciplinary OH team, drive clinical governance, audits, and staff development while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (Part 1) and postgraduate OH qualification.
• Proven experience in occupational health practice and team leadership.
• Experience conducting health screenings, medicals, and drug & alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness to work and manage referrals, both in person and remotely.
• Provide leadership to Occupational Health Technicians, nurses, and the OH team, including audits and quality assurance.
• Support and mentor the team, ensuring training and professional development opportunities are in place.
• Lead delivery of health surveillance programmes and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Collaborate with client managers and external professionals to maintain high service standards.
