Job summary

Health Partners seeks an experienced Occupational Health Advisor/Team Lead to join our Rosyth team, delivering a hybrid service with two remote days and three on-site days.

You will provide professional clinical leadership, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive health surveillance, case management, and reporting in line with Department of Health guidelines. NMC Part 1 registration is required, and a proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC Part 1 registration.
• Experience in Occupational Health practice.
• Proven managerial experience and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership to Occupational Health team and professionals.
• Lead delivery of health surveillance programmes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, with clinical auditing and quality assurance.
• Oversee health case management, referrals, and remote assessments.
• Develop health promotion initiatives and maintain high standards of service delivery.
