Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to deliver expert medical advice to clients, shaping healthier workplaces within a collaborative team. The role supports flexible hybrid working, with a minimum 2 days on-site per week at client sites in Birmingham.

You will conduct assessments, manage cases, and produce professional reports while liaising with employers, HR and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician with DOccMed, MFOM, or FFOM.
• At least three years of clinical experience in occupational health.
• Experience with case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with workplace health legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act).

Responsibilities

• Conducting Occupational Health Assessments and provide evidence-based advice.
• Undertake case management for health issues, including fitness for work and return to work planning.
• Produce clear reports for employers outlining opinions and recommendations.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other health professionals.
• Support wellbeing and organisational health goals.
