Job summary

HCA UK is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor and Qualified Nurse to join a supportive team. The role offers hybrid or full remote working options with a potential salary up to £46,000, depending on experience, and 3 days per week minimum.

Ideal days are Wednesday to Friday, with duties spanning OH assessments and workplace adjustments for corporate clients. You will develop health guidance, contribute to 1:1 case management, and support neurodiversity initiatives within a corporate

Qualifications

• OH experience required.
• NMC registration (Nurses) required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude sought.
• Computer literacy needed to document cases.

Responsibilities

• Carry out occupational health assessments and mental health evals/stress risk assessments.
• Advise on workplace adjustments for employees and clients.
• Contribute to OH inductions, employment law guidance, and 1:1 case work to improve HR referrals and outcomes.
• Support neurodiversity initiatives within the OH remit.
