This role involves a mix of onsite and remote case management for clients, as well as health surveillance and workplace assessments. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with experience in Occupational Health and current NMC registration.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• Current NMC Registration is required.
• Ability to travel to client site as required on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case management and health surveillance/fitness to work screenings.
• Undertake workplace assessments and report health risks.
• Advise employees on physical and mental health problems.
