Health Partners in Liverpool seeks an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver a full range of clinical OH services, including case management, health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy. The role combines independent work with a multidisciplinary team to improve workplace health and attendance.

The ideal candidate will have nursing qualifications, an OH degree/diploma and NMC registration, with experience in wellness events and complex referrals.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing qualification (registered nurse) required.
• Occupational Health qualification (degree or diploma) required.
• NMC registration is essential.
• Experience with case management in OH preferred.
• Experience running client wellness days beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational health case management advice to clients.
• Deliver health surveillance, vaccinations, phlebotomy as required.
• Work autonomously and with the OH multidisciplinary team.
• Support return-to-work processes and reduce absence.
• Maintain client records in line with GDPR and policies.
• Participate in Clinical Audit activities.
