Job summary

Chanel is transforming its global Order-to-Cash processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Business Process Analyst for O2C will help document, test, and continuously improve O2C workflows across regions from London.

You will work with Global O2C teams, partners, and regional stakeholders to capture requirements, validate data, coordinate UAT, and ensure governance and release readiness during the ERP migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, business process analysis, ERP support, testing, or transformation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and data-management basics.
• Ability to support UAT activities and validate integrations with Tier 1 systems.
• Clear communication and collaboration across business, technology, regional, and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support D365 F&O implementation and O2C processes across regions.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, defects, and sign-off with business users.
• Document requirements, processes, and governance materials.
• Analyze data, produce insights, and help drive continuous improvement.
