Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Management Accountant to provide high quality financial management support to clinical and non clinical budget holders. You will meet budget holders, prepare monthly reports and assist with annual accounts and robust forecasting.

We seek an enthusiastic, flexible individual with management accounts experience, ideally within the NHS, and strong communication skills to explain financial issues to non-finance managers

Qualifications

• Part qualified or AAT finalist
• Knowledge of NHS finance
• Experience in management accounts and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Meet with budget holders to understand financial needs
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
• Assist with annual accounts preparation and forecasts
