Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Clinical Advisor for the NHS 111 service. The role features hybrid working with mandatory on-site attendance of 24 hours per month and a four-week training period. You must be a registered nurse or paramedic with HCPC/NMC registration and pass the training.

The role involves triaging calls via NHS Pathways, making clinical decisions, and providing home care advice within a multidisciplinary team. Progression toward Pathways accreditation is supported.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current registration.
• Two years' post-registration experience in adult care.
• Experience in triage or telephone advice.

Responsabilités

• Triage telephone calls from patients using the NHS Pathways system.
• Make clinical decisions on the most appropriate action for each caller.
• Assess callers with a wide spectrum of clinical conditions.
