Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor for hybrid working, leveraging nursing or paramedic experience to deliver high-quality patient care without the physical demands of acute care.

Successful applicants will have Pathways credentials (Core Module 1 and Clinical Modules 1 & 2), up-to-date mandatory training, and PACCs. The role requires regular on-site attendance of at least 24 hours per month and a minimum productivity of 3.8 cases per hour (CPH) for homeworking eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pathways Trained CAs with Core Module 1 and Clinical Modules 1 & 2

Responsibilities

• Attend local site regularly with a minimum of 24 hours per month to support Health Advisors on site
• Maintain six months' performance with acceptable audit scores and good attendance
• Achieve a productivity of at least 3.8 cases per hour (CPH) for homeworking eligibility
