Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor to join a hybrid team, leveraging nursing or paramedic experience. You will provide clinical guidance to patients while balancing on-site and remote duties, maintaining CPH targets and participating in ongoing professional development.

The role emphasizes continuing training, attendance at local sites, and the opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pathways trained CAs with Core Module 1 and Clinical Modules 1 & 2 completed.
• Mandatory training requirements up to date and PACCs trained.
• Six months performance with acceptable audit scores and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS 111 clinical advisory support in a hybrid working model.
• Attend local site regularly to support Health Advisors as needed.
• Maintain productivity target of 3.8 cases per hour (CPH).
• Engage in ongoing development and training opportunities.
