Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Morley-based team in Leeds. You will support Fee Earners and Conveyancers on new build sales and purchases, handling file opening, drafting contracts, and keeping matters progressing from instruction to completion.

The role suits an organised, proactive candidate with conveyancing exposure, strong client communication, and meticulous record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous conveyancing experience within a professional environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and client communication.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team.

Responsabilités

• Providing comprehensive support to Fee Earners within the New Build team.
• Assisting with a high-volume caseload of new build sales and purchases, focusing on sales transactions.
• Communicating with clients by telephone and email, providing updates and delivering high client care.
• Opening and managing files in accordance with compliance procedures.
• Preparing contracts, legal documents and client correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties.
• Requesting searches and obtaining relevant property documentation.
• Assisting with the exchange and completion process.
• Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion matters.
