Qualifications

• Experience with firewalls and security rule bases.
• Knowledge of Zscaler or similar Zero Trust technologies is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and network security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and security-related incidents.
• Investigate firewall policies and rule bases.
• Support proxy, remote access and ZTNA technologies.
• Triaging and prioritising technical incidents by business impact.
• Manage workload and ticket backlog.
• Provide clear communication throughout incident resolution.
