Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Network Engineer to join the Digital Services and Infrastructure team in a hybrid role based in Warwick. You will design, implement and maintain intricate network infrastructure across physical and virtual environments, ensuring security, resilience and alignment with IT strategy.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Cisco, Avaya, Azure/AWS, SD-WAN and ITSM (ISO 20000).

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco networking, Avaya telephony and cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS.
• Experience applying ITSM practices including ISO 20000.
• Ability to design, document and maintain complex network architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain network infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Act as SME for infrastructure, network configuration and security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Understand business needs, analyse technical information and propose solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in network architecture and service delivery.
• Produce and maintain technical design documents and network diagrams.
