Hybrid working with travel to client sites across the UK is required. This role offers fast‑track career development, mentoring from senior leaders, and opportunities to lead project components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with full software development lifecycle experience.
• Degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• Ability to code within projects and mentor teams on delivery.
• Experience with .NET/C# and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• System development across front-end, back-end and integrations.
• Plan workflows and optimize processes for quality assurance.
• Translate customer requirements into design of features.
